Doctors are clearly overworked, but doing a fine job nonetheless.
They are accessible and professional. I have every confidence in there.
Improve.
1 or 2 staff are or can be arrogant and unhelpful, then lie about it when challenged.
They should not exceed their competence and term of reference.
